“Though you have been grieved by various trials for a little while, you rejoice.”

這節經文把兩個看似對立的情緒並列在一起：憂愁與喜樂。彼得沒有要求信徒否認憂愁，也沒有把喜樂變成一種強顏歡笑的表演，而是指出這兩者可以真實地同時存在於一個因信基督而活的生命裡。

This verse places two seemingly opposite emotions side by side: grief and joy. Peter does not ask believers to deny grief, nor does he turn joy into a forced performance; instead, he shows that both can genuinely coexist in a life lived by faith in Christ.
