Revelation is not a book meant to produce fear or date-setting; it is \u201cthe revelation of Jesus Christ.\u201d God revealed coming events to Jesus, Jesus made them known through an angel to John, and John bore witness to the churches. Therefore, the center of Revelation is not end-time details but Jesus Christ: He is the source, content, and hope of the revelation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, Jesus is the faithful witness. He faithfully witnessed to the Father, refusing to compromise even when facing rejection, misunderstanding, and death. Believers are also called to be faithful witnesses to Christ in family, workplace, school, and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, Jesus is the firstborn from the dead. He did not merely rise; He is the first to conquer death and enter new life. Therefore, death is not the end for believers; those who follow Christ have the hope of resurrection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third, Jesus is the ruler of the kings of the earth. He is King of kings; no earthly power, system, or leader can surpass His sovereignty. When the world is loud and powers press in, believers must first see that the true ruler is not any human authority but the risen Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verse 5 says that Jesus loves us and has freed us from our sins by His blood. This reminds us that Christian identity is not determined by performance, achievement, status, or others\u2019 evaluation, but by Christ\u2019s love and redemption. God does not love us because we are holy; because He loves us, He freed us through Christ\u2019s blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Made a Kingdom and Priests<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verse 6 says Jesus made us a kingdom and priests to His God and Father. This does not call us to pursue power but to witness to God\u2019s reign in the world through servant-hearted living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being priests includes praying for the world, bringing people to God, bringing God\u2019s word to people, and witnessing to holiness, mercy, and truth in daily life. Therefore, our time, abilities, positions, and resources are not only for ourselves but for serving Christ and His kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. He Is Coming: Every Eye Will See Him<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verse 8 says the Lord God is the Alpha and Omega, who is, who was, and who is to come, the Almighty. Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, showing that God is the beginning, course, and end of history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. How Can We Respond Today?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, examine the center of your life. Ask yourself: Are work performance, income, others\u2019 evaluation, family expectations, or the pursuit of security replacing Christ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, remain faithful before power. Under pressure from government, workplace, family, school, media, or church, witness to Christ with truth, love, and gentleness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ea\u6c42\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u66f4\u6c42\u9806\u670d\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u53ea\u628a\u4fe1\u4ef0\u7576\u4f5c\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u800c\u8981\u554f\uff1a\u4e3b\u554a\uff0c\u7962\u8981\u6211\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u600e\u6a23\u670d\u4f8d\u7962\uff1f
Third, seek obedience, not only help. Do not treat faith only as a tool for solving problems; ask, \u201cLord, how do You want me to serve You here?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fourth, live as a priest. Pray for those around you, bring people to God, and witness to His mercy and truth in daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
