{"id":297,"date":"2026-09-02T00:12:44","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T16:12:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bible365.club\/?p=297"},"modified":"2026-09-02T00:13:16","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T16:13:16","slug":"i-am-willing-to-be-the-coal%e6%88%91%e9%a1%98%e4%bd%9c%e7%85%a4%e7%82%ad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bible365.club\/?p=297","title":{"rendered":"I Am Willing to Be the Coal\u6211\u9858\u4f5c\u7164\u70ad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u96b1\u85cf\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5fe0\u5fc3\u7684\u670d\u4e8b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hidden Power, Faithful Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u7d93\u6587\uff1a\u5f7c\u5f97\u524d\u66f8\u56db\u7ae010\u7bc0<\/strong><br><strong>Scripture: 1 Peter 4:10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u5404\u4eba\u8981\u7167\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u6069\u8cdc\u5f7c\u6b64\u670d\u4e8b\uff0c\u4f5c\u795e\u767e\u822c\u6069\u8cdc\u7684\u597d\u7ba1\u5bb6\u3002\u300d<br>\u201cEach of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God\u2019s grace in its various forms.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e00\u3001\u706b\u8eca\u7684\u6bd4\u55bb\uff0c\u4eba\u5fc3\u7684\u93e1\u5b50<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Train, and a Mirror for the Heart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8001\u5e2b\u628a\u6559\u6703\u6bd4\u4f5c\u4e00\u5217\u706b\u8eca\uff0c\u8eca\u982d\u3001\u5ea7\u4f4d\u3001\u7b1b\u3001\u71c8\u3001\u6b04\u6746\u3001\u8eca\u5ec2\uff0c\u5404\u6709\u5404\u7684\u529f\u7528\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u6559\u6703\u88e1\u5404\u7a2e\u6069\u8cdc\u8207\u5d17\u4f4d\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef\u3002<br>The teacher compares the church to a train\u2014engine, seats, whistle, lights, railings, and carriages each serve a purpose, just as the church contains many gifts and roles, none of which are dispensable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u591a\u6578\u5b78\u751f\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u5171\u540c\u7279\u9ede\uff1a\u80fd\u88ab\u4eba\u770b\u898b\u3001\u80fd\u767c\u51fa\u8072\u97f3\u3001\u80fd\u7559\u4e0b\u5370\u8c61\u3002<br>Most students choose roles that share one thing in common: they can be seen, heard, and remembered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7b1b\u5b50\u97ff\u8d77\uff0c\u8b93\u4eba\u807d\u898b\uff1b\u6b04\u6746\u7acb\u8457\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u5b89\u5168\uff1b\u8eca\u5ec2\u88dd\u8f09\uff0c\u4f9b\u61c9\u6240\u9700\u3002<br>The whistle sounds and people hear it; the railing stands and protects; the carriage carries what is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u4e9b\u89d2\u8272\u90fd\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u662f\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002<br>Each of these roles matters, and none of these choices is wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f46\u552f\u6709\u90a3\u4f4d\u5e74\u5e7c\u7684\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u6c92\u6709\u5f62\u72c0\u3001\u6c92\u6709\u5149\u5f69\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u6700\u7d42\u8b8a\u6210\u70ad\u6e23\u88ab\u4e1f\u5728\u8def\u65c1\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u2014\u2014\u7164\u70ad\u3002<br>Yet only the youngest student chooses a role with no shape, no glamour, and one that ultimately turns to ash and is discarded by the roadside\u2014coal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u500b\u5c0d\u6bd4\u4e0d\u662f\u8981\u8cb6\u4f4e\u5176\u4ed6\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8981\u63ed\u958b\u4e00\u500b\u5e38\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u771f\u7406\uff1a\u6559\u6703\u88e1\u6700\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u4e0d\u662f\u6700\u986f\u773c\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\u3002<br>This contrast is not meant to diminish the other roles; it uncovers a truth often overlooked\u2014the most powerful service in the church is often not the most visible service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e8c\u3001\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u7279\u8cea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three Qualities of the Coal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u5b83\u4e0d\u8ffd\u6c42\u88ab\u770b\u898b\uff0c\u53ea\u8ffd\u6c42\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. It Seeks Not to Be Seen, but to Be Used<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7b1b\u8072\u97ff\u8d77\u6642\uff0c\u773e\u4eba\u62ac\u982d\uff1b\u7164\u70ad\u71c3\u71d2\u6642\uff0c\u7121\u4eba\u62ac\u982d\u770b\u5b83\u3002<br>When the whistle sounds, everyone looks up; when the coal burns, no one looks at it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b83\u4e0d\u5728\u4e4e\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u6ce8\u610f\u5b83\uff0c\u53ea\u5728\u4e4e\u706b\u8eca\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u524d\u884c\u3002<br>It does not care whether anyone notices it; it cares only whether the train moves forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u5f7c\u5f97\u524d\u66f8\u6240\u63cf\u7e6a\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\u5fc3\u614b\uff1a\u4e0d\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u8b49\u660e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u55ae\u7d14\u5730\u7167\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u6069\u8cdc\uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u670d\u4e8b\u3002<br>This is precisely the posture of service that 1 Peter describes: not proving one\u2019s own worth, but simply using the gift received to serve others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u771f\u6b63\u5fe0\u5fc3\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u767c\u751f\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u651d\u5f71\u6a5f\u3001\u6c92\u6709\u638c\u8072\u3001\u6c92\u6709\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u6309\u8b9a\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u2014\u2014\u4f8b\u5982\u6df1\u591c\u70ba\u6559\u6703\u4e8b\u5de5\u4ee3\u79b1\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9ed8\u9ed8\u6e05\u6f54\u6703\u5802\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u5f8c\u53f0\u9ed8\u9ed8\u9810\u5099\u97f3\u97ff\u3001\u71c8\u5149\u3001\u8336\u6c34\u7684\u4eba\u3002<br>Truly faithful service often happens where there are no cameras, no applause, and no social media likes\u2014like those who intercede for the church late at night, those who quietly clean the sanctuary, and those who prepare sound, lighting, and refreshments backstage without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u5b83\u7518\u9858\u71c3\u71d2\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u6210\u5c31\u5225\u4eba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. It Willingly Burns Itself to Accomplish Others\u2019 Good<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7164\u70ad\u82e5\u4e0d\u71c3\u71d2\uff0c\u5c31\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u584a\u9ed1\u8272\u7684\u77f3\u982d\uff0c\u6beb\u7121\u7528\u8655\u3002<br>If coal does not burn, it remains only a black stone, useless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b83\u5fc5\u9808\u88ab\u71d2\u6bc0\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u91cb\u653e\u51fa\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u90e8\u706b\u8eca\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<br>It must be consumed by fire in order to release the power that drives the entire train.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u63d0\u9192\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u670d\u4e8b\u5f80\u5f80\u5e36\u8457\u4ee3\u50f9\uff1a\u6642\u9593\u88ab\u71c3\u71d2\u3001\u7cbe\u529b\u88ab\u71c3\u71d2\u3001\u6709\u6642\u9023\u60c5\u7dd2\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u90fd\u8981\u4ed8\u4e0a\u4ee3\u50f9\u3002<br>This reminds us that service often carries a cost: time is spent, energy is spent, and sometimes emotional and physical health are spent as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4fdd\u7f85\u66fe\u8aaa\uff0c\u4ed6\u70ba\u6559\u6703\u7684\u7de3\u6545\uff0c\u60c5\u9858\u88ab\u6f86\u5960\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u796d\u7269\u4e0a\u7684\u5960\u796d\uff1b\u9019\u7a2e\u71c3\u71d2\u81ea\u5df1\u3001\u6210\u5c31\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u7164\u70ad\u6240\u8c61\u5fb5\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\u672c\u8cea\u3002<br>Paul once said he was willing to be poured out like a drink offering for the sake of the church; this spirit of burning oneself for the good of others is exactly what the coal symbolizes about the essence of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u5b83\u7518\u65bc\u88ab\u907a\u5fd8\uff0c\u537b\u4e0d\u56e0\u6b64\u505c\u6b62\u71c3\u71d2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. It Is Willing to Be Forgotten, Yet Never Stops Burning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u71d2\u904e\u5f8c\u8b8a\u6210\u70ad\u6e23\uff0c\u88ab\u5012\u5728\u8def\u65c1\uff0c\u4e0d\u88ab\u4eba\u7d00\u5ff5\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\u5f97\u76f4\u63a5\u800c\u8aa0\u5be6\u3002<br>\u201cAfter being burned, it becomes ash, discarded by the roadside, not remembered by anyone\u201d\u2014this line is spoken directly and honestly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u670d\u4e8b\u82e5\u53ea\u6c42\u88ab\u7d00\u5ff5\u3001\u88ab\u611f\u8b1d\u3001\u88ab\u770b\u898b\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u6c92\u6709\u5f97\u5230\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5fc3\u751f\u57cb\u6028\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u505c\u6b62\u670d\u4e8b\u3002<br>If service seeks only to be remembered, thanked, or seen, then when it receives no corresponding response, it easily breeds resentment and may even stop altogether.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f46\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u5fe0\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e0d\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u6703\u4e0d\u6703\u88ab\u8a18\u5ff5\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u706b\u8eca\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u524d\u884c\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002<br>But the coal\u2019s faithfulness is not built on whether it will be remembered, but on whether the train can move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u7a2e\u670d\u4e8b\u89c0\uff0c\u628a\u7126\u9ede\u5f9e\u300c\u6211\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u751a\u9ebc\u300d\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u300c\u4e3b\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u5426\u56e0\u6211\u800c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u300d\u3002<br>This view of service shifts the focus from \u201cWhat will I gain?\u201d to \u201cCan the Lord\u2019s work continue because of me?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e09\u3001\u79b1\u544a\uff1a\u6559\u6703\u88e1\u6700\u96b1\u85cf\u537b\u6700\u6709\u529b\u7684\u7164\u70ad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prayer: The Church\u2019s Most Hidden Yet Most Powerful Coal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9ed8\u60f3\u90e8\u5206\u7279\u5225\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u80cc\u5f8c\u79b1\u544a\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u706b\u8eca\u4e0a\u7684\u7164\u70ad\uff0c\u5927\u6709\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u662f\u6bcf\u4f4d\u4fe1\u5f92\u90fd\u61c9\u540c\u5fc3\u53bb\u505a\u7684\u3002<br>The reflection specifically notes that the service of prayer behind the scenes, like coal on a train, carries great power and is something every believer should undertake together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u500b\u63d0\u9192\u6975\u5176\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u79b1\u544a\u5e38\u5e38\u662f\u6559\u6703\u4e8b\u5de5\u4e2d\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u3002<br>This reminder is essential, because prayer is often the most easily overlooked part of church ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8b1b\u9053\u88ab\u807d\u898b\u3001\u8a69\u6b4c\u88ab\u807d\u898b\u3001\u670d\u4e8b\u88ab\u770b\u898b\uff0c\u79b1\u544a\u537b\u591a\u534a\u767c\u751f\u5728\u5bc6\u5ba4\u3001\u6df1\u591c\u3001\u901a\u52e4\u8def\u4e0a\u3001\u75c5\u5e8a\u908a\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u70ba\u6b64\u62cd\u7167\u7559\u5ff5\u3002<br>Sermons are heard, songs are heard, and service is seen, yet prayer mostly happens in a closed room, late at night, on a commute, or beside a hospital bed, with no one taking a photo to remember it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u7164\u70ad\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u90e8\u706b\u8eca\uff0c\u770b\u4e0d\u898b\u7684\u79b1\u544a\u5f80\u5f80\u63a8\u52d5\u8457\u770b\u5f97\u898b\u7684\u4e8b\u5de5\u3002<br>Yet just as coal drives the entire train, unseen prayer often drives the ministry that everyone can see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u5834\u6210\u529f\u7684\u8b1b\u9053\u80cc\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4eba\u591a\u5e74\u70ba\u8b1b\u8005\u4ee3\u79b1\uff1b\u4e00\u6b21\u611f\u4eba\u7684\u656c\u62dc\uff0c\u80cc\u5f8c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u656c\u62dc\u524d\u5fb9\u591c\u70ba\u656c\u62dc\u5718\u968a\u79b1\u544a\uff1b\u4e00\u500b\u751f\u547d\u7684\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u80cc\u5f8c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4eba\u9ed8\u9ed8\u5730\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u5730\u3001\u4e0d\u6c42\u56de\u5831\u5730\u70ba\u4ed6\u79b1\u544a\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u5e74\u3002<br>Behind a successful sermon, someone may have interceded for the speaker for years; behind a moving worship service, someone may have prayed through the night for the worship team; behind a transformed life, someone may have prayed silently, persistently, and without seeking recognition for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u79b1\u544a\u7684\u4eba\u5e38\u5e38\u662f\u6559\u6703\u88e1\u6700\u6c89\u9ed8\u7684\u7164\u70ad\uff1a\u6c92\u6709\u8b1b\u53f0\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u9ea5\u514b\u98a8\uff0c\u537b\u627f\u8f09\u8457\u6574\u500b\u4e8b\u5de5\u80fd\u5426\u524d\u884c\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<br>Those who pray are often the church\u2019s most silent coal\u2014without a pulpit, without a microphone, yet carrying the power that determines whether the entire ministry can move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u56db\u3001\u8207\u7d93\u6587\u7684\u547c\u61c9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Echoes of the Scripture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f7c\u5f97\u524d\u66f8\u56db\u7ae010\u7bc0\u7684\u95dc\u9375\uff0c\u4e0d\u5728\u65bc\u300c\u4f60\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u6069\u8cdc\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u65bc\u300c\u4f60\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u6069\u8cdc\u300d\u3002<br>The key to 1 Peter 4:10 lies not in \u201cwhat gift you have,\u201d but in \u201chow you use your gift.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7d93\u6587\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u662f\u300c\u795e\u767e\u822c\u6069\u8cdc\u7684\u597d\u7ba1\u5bb6\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6069\u8cdc\u4e0d\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u79c1\u7522\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u795e\u8a17\u4ed8\u7d66\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u5f7c\u6b64\u670d\u4e8b\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002<br>The passage says we are \u201cfaithful stewards of God\u2019s grace in its various forms,\u201d meaning that our gifts are not private possessions but resources entrusted to us by God for serving one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ba1\u5bb6\u4e0d\u6703\u554f\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u500b\u5d17\u4f4d\u5920\u4e0d\u5920\u69ae\u8000\u6211\uff1f\u300d<br>A steward does not ask, \u201cIs this position glorious enough for me?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ba1\u5bb6\u53ea\u6703\u554f\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u5fe0\u5fc3\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u6240\u8a17\u4ed8\u7684\uff1f\u300d<br>A steward asks only, \u201cHave I faithfully used what has been entrusted to me?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u7b1b\u5b50\u3001\u6b04\u6746\u3001\u8eca\u5ec2\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u7164\u70ad\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u89d2\u8272\u90fd\u662f\u88ab\u4e3b\u6240\u5b89\u6392\u3001\u88ab\u4e3b\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\uff1b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u5d17\u4f4d\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u670d\u4e8b\u7684\u5fe0\u5fc3\u3002<br>Whether whistle, railing, carriage, or coal, every role is appointed and used by the Lord;
